Suspension Bridge With See-Through Glass Floor
IF you’re scared of heights then this new suspended walkway 200 metres above a huge valley probably isn’t your idea of fun.
Chinese engineers have designed and built the glass suspension bridge high above the ground in southern China.
The structure stretches 300 metres between two rocky peaks. Its design allows it to sway when the wind blows.
Perhaps not everyone would dare cross a suspension bridge with see-through glass floor, looking straight down the valley as the bridge sways in the wind but this just goes to show that the beauty and strength of anti-slip glass floor can be used even in non-conventional applications like this.
For the more conventional glass floor applications, Origin Oz provides PODIUM™ Anti-Slip Glass Flooring in 4 patterns. Stylish and safe for staircases, bathroom flooring, kitchen flooring and in areas where slips may occur.
